dc.description.abstractAntigen for serodiagnosis of Echinococcosis is purified by chromatography on DEAE-Cellulose and Sephadex G-200 from hydatid cyst fluid. The antigen is electrophoretically pure and found sensitive and specific for Echinococcus granulosus. The antigen is thermostable and is apparently a lipo protein.en_US
