dc.description.abstractMalignant tumors have been associated with the development of nephrotic syndrome. We report a 73-year-old man with nephrotic syndrome who had a malignant stromal gastric tumor. Curative resection of the sarcoma resulted in remission of the nephrotic syndrome.en_US
