dc.description.abstractThe “Medico-legal study of suicidal death” was undertaken in the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology at Govt. Medical College, Aurangabad for a period of 6 months. Two hundred cases are included. These cases were studied and analyzed on the basis of age, sex, marital status, methods and cause of suicide. Male outnumbered the female with majority in age group of 19-32 years, married and commonest cause was insanity in males and dowry in females.en_US
