Abstract
Many organizations are interested in the concept of knowledge management. This conceptsupports the creation and use of knowledge in an organization as a way to obtain a sustainablecompetitive advantage. Many organizations are invested in both Information and CommunicationTechnology (ICT) to enhance knowledge management and training programs; however, those organizationsstill fail to implement knowledge management. One important reason for this failure is that suchorganizations do not fully recognize the importance of knowledge sharing in an organization. Sharingknowledge among organization๛s members is the integral factor of knowledge management. Fororganizations wishing to succeed in the implementation of the knowledge management it becomesnecessary to recognize the importance of knowledge sharing among organization๛s members.
