Pulmonary parenchymal involvement and mediastinal lymphadenopathy are less common manifestations of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma as compared to Hodgkin's lymphoma. The pattern of pulmonary disease varies with histological type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. We are presenting an uncommon case of diffuse histiocytic lymphoma having miliary mottling who responded well to chemotherapy.en_US
