Abstract
Meckel’s diverticulum is often detected incidentally in children with recurrent pain abdomen or bleeding per rectum. Meckel’s diverticulum can also be the leading point in intussuception. We present a case of nine months old male child who presented with adhesive meckel’s diverticulitis.
