Abstract
Changes in the activity of hexokinase and lactate dehydrogenase isoenzymes in the
three brain regions and heart were studied in the 6-Aminonicotinamide-treated rats. Drug
administration decreased the particulate hexokinase and lactate dehydrogenase activity, but
increased the soluble hexokinase.
