Abstract
A fatal case of right ventricular myocardial infarction in
the absence of risk factors, concurrent with haloperidol
induced neuroleptic malignant syndrome, is presented;
suggesting the existence of a causal relation between the
two. Possible pathophysiological mechanisms have been
discussed
